Privacy notice for IFA creator access

This notice explains the processing associated with DAYLAIGHT promo access. It supplements the general privacy information on daylaight.ai.

Data processed

We process your name, email address, promo-code redemption, access period, consent records and the project data you actively add to DAYLAIGHT. Failed code attempts are limited temporarily without permanently storing the IP address.

Purpose and legal basis

Account and promo access data is processed to provide the requested six-month service under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Consent records are retained to demonstrate your choices.

Optional email updates

Marketing email is optional and separate from account access. It becomes active only after confirmation by email and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Account access data is retained for the access period and up to three further months, unless statutory obligations require longer retention. Unconfirmed email consent tokens expire automatically.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

This MVP notice reflects the current project draft and must be aligned with the final legal privacy policy before public launch.
